In File Manager open Android folder of your Internal Storage

Inside android, goto ‘data’ folder
click on the ‘data’ folder
Inside data folder, goto com.pubg.imobile
Don’t get confuse, be patient and find this folder in Android/data
open ‘files’ folder inside com.pubg.imobile
click on ‘files’ folder
Then goto ‘UE4Game’ folder
click on ‘UE4Game’ folder. path: Android/ data/ com.pubg.imobile/
Open that ‘ShadowTrackerExtra’ folder
click on ‘ShadowTrackerExtra’ path: Android/ data/ com.pubg.imobile/UE4Game/
Inside ‘ShadowTrackerExtra’ folder choose ‘ShadowTrackerExtra’ again

Now open that ‘saved’ folder

How to report cheater through customer email?
If you encounter cheaters in game, you can report them through Customer Email following the steps below:
You can report the cheater directly by sending us a video link or the attachment video of the cheating behavior through customer email following the below template:
*Report ticket title: Report hacker (Cheater’s nickname&UID)
*Content: Report hacker (Cheater’s nickname&UID)
*Video Link: XXX.XXX.XXX or Attachment video file
Cheating description: If any (Type of cheat tools or cheating behavior)
Resources of cheat tools: If any (Website provided by a cheater or other important details)
a. Please send us the video of the cheating behavior as an attachment or the video link for us to investigate. (Remember: Please make the video of the cheating behavior as short and precise/clear as possible so that we can deal with it faster.)
b. Please send us the cheater’s UID or nickname precisely so we can find the cheater as fast as we can. At least, please provide the UID number.
c. We highly suggest you report cheater through In-Game Channel by clicking the “Report” button, so our security system can detect cheaters’ accounts directly. Thanks for your support.
How do I change the camera view?
You can choose between First Person Perspective (FPP) or Third Person Perspective (TPP) under the “START” option in the lobby.
Please Note: If you select the First Person Perspective (FPP) option, you will not be able to access Arcade Mode, as currently the FPP option is available only for Classic Mode. Also, please note that you will not be able to switch between FPP and TPP while in a match.

What are the rules about rating protection card?
1. Rating Protection Cards will only be able to get as Royale Pass Rewards for everyone who reaches the corresponding RP level.
2. There are 2 kinds of it: Rating Protection Card (Duration) and Rating Protection Card (Uses). You can choose to activate/deactivate the Card in Inventory by tapping it in the Inventory. An activated icon will be displayed on the left side of your avatar once it is activated in the lobby (Like the 2x Exp Card).
3. When it is activated, it will protect your rating from being deducted.
4. Rating Protection Card is only effective under the Tier Crown(Tier Crown included).
